(NBP) Site, such as text, graphics, images, and other material contained on the NBP Site (“Content”) are for informational and/or education purposes only. The Content on the Site and the education provided to parents are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients who use NBP’s parental education services understand that these sessions are wholly educational in nature and not medical evaluations.

NBP is based in Louisville, Colorado, in the United States of America. NBP makes no claims that the NBP Site and the Content are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
